LovelyLittles Apologizes....

I am so ready to get back to sewing up drool scarves for LovelyLittles!! My sewing machine has been on the blitz for quite a few weeks now. So sorry to those who are waiting. I am hoping to have LovelyLittles up and running ASAP! Thank you all so much for you love and patience, xo.

Ddrops

I was brushing my teeth this morning, with my medicine cabinet door open, and while scrubbing away, I was checking out all the "goodies" behind the door. There was infant Tylenol, Diego Bandages, Gravol, Tempra, and a brand new box of D 'Vi' Sol.....I only learned after having Anabelle, back in March, that this vitamin D "syrup" had now been replaced by Ddrops! Ddrops come in a little glass bottle, and are concentrated droplets of Vitamin D that can be placed on your nipple while feeding, a pacifier or a bottle nipple. All your baby needs to do is suckle for at least 30 seconds to get the benefits, with ONE daily drop! I was so happy to hear this after some of the scary moments we had with Noah trying to get a whole dropper of Vitamin D syrup down his throat!

PUMPKINS!

It was my pleasure to host my sons Preschool Pumpkin Patch yesterday and today! I had a blast setting up the yard with an array of pumpkins, and serving hot (warm) chocolate and orange sprinkled sugar cookies! The simple things in life, oh to be in preschool again! The novelty of picking out the straw from the hay bales, and listening to the kids giggling with delight to find marshmallows in their cup! The sweetness of a genuine little smile, and the beauty in the kids picking the pumpkins with the most obvious imperfections. Something we could all learn from them!

lovely little quick fix

I often feel the need to have long, manicured nails..but do not have the time, or patience to sit and have them done. Nor do I want to spend the big bucks only to have them removed because they are gunked up with bum bum balm, or chipped from playing hockey with my son. The best places to buy them are Walmart, Superstore, Pharmasave or Zellers. Please note that Shoppers Drugmart does not sell this brand name anymore :-( . If applied with care, they can last you a good 7-10 days! I wore them on my wedding day and all through my honeymoon. I apply them when going to almost every event, or even just to jazz up my mood, they play a huge role sometimes in making me feel just a little more lovely!
